How often do you release new bags?

We release bags every month—on the second Friday of the month. Because of the small size of our operations, quantities are sometimes limited and products often sell out quickly. Subscribe to our newsletter to get a heads up on the new releases.

How often do you restock sold out bags? how do you decide which designs to return to production?

Bags in our core line typically restock within 6-12 months. We’re a small team producing in limited volumes. We try to keep things interesting (for ourselves and our customers) by cycling through a range of designs. Our approach prioritizes quality and variety over assembly-line production quantities.

where are your products made?

Most of our bags are made in our studio in Chicago by the three of us. Some select models are outsourced to domestic (U.S.) factories to keep up with demand. We also collaborate with brands and manufacturers we admire for products we can’t make in house, like our socks, hats, and apparel. Every product page specifies where the items were made.

How do i clean my bag?

For most of our products we recommend spot cleaning with warm water, mild detergent, and a soft brush. Hang dry out of direct sunlight if necessary.

how long will it take to ship my order?
