Our best bag for hauling crap. The Zip Tote is large and simple, which means it can do a lot. Weekend travel, trips to the gym, picnics—throw it in and get going. Paired with our super strong UVX40 fabric, you’ve got a bag that can handle the toughest situations. The padded base provides structure and protection. Stash small items in the exterior zip pocket and lash overflow gear to the daisy chains.

NOTE: There are small pencil marks on the webbing of the bags that were used for marking during the sewing process. Despite our best efforts we have not been able to fully remove them. They can be seen in some of the images.

These Zip Totes were made by Bearse USA here in Chicago. Located just a few miles from the 1733 studio, Bearse has been in operation for over 100 years and are experts in all things bag sewing. Their proximity and experience allows us to ensure that all the bags are made with the same quality and attention to detail as our in-house bags.

    X-PAC UVX40 is a high performance fabric developed by Dimension-Polyant Inc. based on racing sailcloths. A laminate sandwich of a DWR coating, 400D ripstop face fabric made up of Dyneema and Polyester yarns for superior abrasion resistance, an X grid for stability and strength, a nonporous film for water proofing, and a polyester taffeta backing for durability create a material that is stronger and more waterproof than traditional woven nylons.
