    X-PAC X420 is a experimental fabric developed by Dimension-Polyant Inc. DP references the original sailcloth material, woven hemp on the face of this waterproof laminate. The 100% undyed hemp has superior abrasion resistance and a slubby weave. Under the hemp is an X grid for stability and strength, and nonporous film for water proofing creates a material that has more structure, durability, and water resistance than traditional woven cottons while still maintaining a classic look.
