An active pack for a variety of loads and environments. Using experimental Microgrid 07RS laminate fabric is ultralight and super tough for hiking and biking but also works in travel and urban commuting situations. The tapered shape and ergonomic shoulder straps are designed to keep the bag high on the back and the sternum strap and waist belt make it stable no matter your movements. High quality foam is used in the shoulder straps and back panel and the multiple adjustment points make for a comfortable carry for a variety of body types. Rolltop closure pairs with the five point compression system to keep differing load sizes and oddly shaped objects contained. The cargo pocket fits shoes, rain shells, bike helmets, and many other oversized objects. Side bottle pockets can fit a 1 liter Nalgene. The quick access pocket keeps a phone a wallet close at hand yet secure. Inside the pack there is an additional zippered pocket for valuables and a sleeve that can fit a 16” laptop and keeps it suspended off the bottom of the bag.

Microgird is an experimental material from the wizards behind X-PAC at Dimension Polyant. It evolved from their performance sailcloth line and uses a fine grid of UHMWPE yarns that create the most robust ripstop we’ve ever come across. The grid is laminated between a 70D nylon ripstop face fabric and 50D polyester taffeta backing. Taken as whole they’ve created a material is waterproof, ultralight, structured, and wonderfully textured.
